Seemingly less important tasks, like running a social media campaign or rewriting your website, can get buried beneath the more demanding items like paying the bills on time and keeping clients happy. That’s where Tremain Media steps in to help – we become the communication team for businesses that are too small to have a communications team yet too large to do it all yourself.

Small to medium-sized businesses (usually 50 employees or less) can benefit tremendously from an even minimal amount of support when it comes to digital marketing and media creation. Something as simple as a professionally-designed logo or expert photography on your website can boost your visibility and credibility amongst customers. Go-Getters: This group includes business owners in other industries – for example, hospitality, fitness, real estate or sales – who are naturally comfortable with identifying what they want and going after it relentlessly. Often, this group asks us to to a combination of one-off media projects and consistent support in digital media marketing.

Do-It-Yourselfers: DIY’ers are incredibly resourceful and independent humans. Tremain Media is often approached by DIY business owners (who often work from home or independently, but can also run a brick-and-mortar with staff) and asked to help them learn the skills they need to successfully participate in the digital media landscape. This is where we becomes mentors or coaches, offering knowledgeable support and acting as a sounding-board for new ideas.

Derek L. Chase & Associates

As an example of how we work with professional business owners, this is the story of Derek Chase, Licensed Insolvency Trustee. His offices are in several locations across British Columbia. From a marketing plan, to social media campaign support, to a website, videos and Google AdWords campaigns – we dove right in. Derek Chase and his staff welcomed us to the table and shared their vision; this collaboration is essential to produce quality media and marketing products that reflect the voice of the client.

When we are doing our best work, we are invisible – only the client’s voice is amplified.

Derek’s input, and our collaboration with his other service providers, is critical to the process. We work well with others – this is especially important when helping SMB’s – as they usually have a roster of service providers already in place. For example, we worked closely with print ad providers to create a cohesive look across multiple geographic locations.

Tremain next created a new website that now serves as a cornerstone for his digital marketing endeavours. With a strong focus on search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, professional photography, informative video, and new copy, the website supported the goals of the marketing plan we established together.

This relationship, like many at this tier, is monthly and long-term. Unlike other digital marketing companies that lock clients in with extended contracts, our long-term engagements persist due to the relationships we’ve built and the results we deliver.
